Taste the Sweetness of God’s Love

While we celebrate human love this month, let us also reflect on and savor the sweetness of God’s love, which surpasses all understanding. To remind us of this divine love, a sweet chocolate symbolizing God’s love will be available for pick-up on Sunday, February 9th, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Shoe Collection

13th Annual Reuse Heart and Sole Shoe Collection will run February 3rd-18th. A collection bag/bin will be in the foyer of the church. All types of shoes will be collected and sorted by non-profit Changing Footprints. Pairs in reusable condition will be redistributed to those in need and tennis shoes that are unusable will be recycled with Nike’s ReGrind Program. Please help the collection of shoes by:

·        pairing shoes together

·        no extra bags or boxes

·        all donations should be placed in the collection bag/bin

Our first luncheon on February 16th will be a special time to celebrate love and fellowship. The church will provide fried chicken from Kroger, and we invite you to bring desserts, appetizers, or other dishes to share. A sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board outside the church office.

Hello from PPM

Love is in the air at PPM! The children are excited about Valentines Day coming up. In the classrooms and hallways, we will see a lot of pink and red and hearts. The children will celebrate Valentines Day with classroom celebrations and fun snacks.

The children were happy to be able to get outside a bit last week and this week. We make sure to take advantage of any warmer weather to be outside!

PPM has started our enrollment for PPM families for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! We will open enrollment to the public in March. It is hard to believe it is time for that already!

Please keep our Toddler teacher Miss Ashton in your prayers, she will be starting her maternity leave February 26th. Miss Ashton is scheduled to be induced February 27th.

Love and Blessings,

Miss Lori Glauber
