OT Lesson: Jeremiah 38:1-13 (CEB) Shephatiah, Mattan’s son; Gedaliah, Pashhur’s son; Jucal, Shelemiah’s son; and Pashhur, Malchiah’s son heard what Jeremiah had been telling the people: The Lord proclaims: Whoever stays in this city will die by the sword, famine, and disease.
