of free admission tickets. If you would like to attend, please stop by the
church office for tickets (while supplies last).
PPM News
We have been enjoying this fun winter weather, trying to stay warm and
cozy during those cold mornings. The classes have been taking advantage of the
snow. We have been going outside to the courtyard shoveling the snow, building
a snowman and even going to the playground and playing in the snow. As much as
the snow has been fun, we are more than ready for the warmer weather.
Please continue to pray for Miss Tina, Miss Michelle and Miss Jordyn this
month, and their families.
Starting February 3rd, PPM will be collecting old and used shoes for the
Annual Boone County Waste Management shoe drive. All donated shoes will be
recycled or donated.
As we finish out the month, the classes are learning about
Arctic Animals and habitats. What fun we have had, and excited for
February!
Have a great week, and stay warm
Miss Lori
Saturday Bible Study
We will meet on Saturday, February 1st. We are
currently studying the Book of Genesis, focusing on the ancient Middle Eastern
and Hebrew cultures that shape its narrative. Coffee and tea will be provided
but you need to bring your own lunch
California
Fires
The wildfires in California are almost under control and the
fire departments are doing their best risking their lives. So many people lost
their homes, and even their lives. The Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is
actively helping the affected area and the people there. If you would like to
help, you may mark your offering envelope or cheque as "PDA" or
"California."
